Why would I do all that just to be "cool" or get privileges. I want to be a game mod to keep CS safe. If I didn't I would have stopped trying a long time ago

Its very hard to make a server, Cause' many people will keep logging in ONCE the game have been placed, It needs a lot of programs (I THINK) and more stuffs to do...
