Ok, well I have good news! There are loads of unused crocodile swamp web addresses, click here to go to the site it is a uk site, plus it is cheap!

Nope, there is no username and password. You have to buy the address, set it up with your server, write the pages with html and then upload the pages to your server.

You must then write their address example: crocodileswamp.com/home.htm

And set permissions.

You must also set up databases and ASPnet controls so that users wont have to register every time they want to logon, the only register once. You also need to set up remote access so graphic designers can do that, you then need to sort out fan art uploading and the downloads (wallpapers/screensavers) and stuff.

It is not asd simple as just buying an address, you need the server to allocate it to and stuff like that.

Here are some steps:

1. Buy/Rent Server for use
   
2. Buy Web Address (http://www.crocodileswamp.com)
   
3. Connect the address to the server so they work together, and so you can upload your pages.
   
4. Write your pages with HTML or flash or any other web-friendly programming language
   
5. When all pages are done, linked and graphics have been sorted - add them to your server
   
6. Once on the server, you will need to set up links so they can be accessed (http://www.crocodileswamp.com/blog.htm)
   
7. Check that all works with most screen sizes and will not fall apart and break up.
   
8. create a new part of the site (http://www.crocodileswamp.com/play/)
   
9. Embed plugins into the site so that flash is supported and your game will work
   
10. link website server to main game server GAME AND WEBSITE SERVERS MUST BE SEPERATE
    
11. Sort out validations, registering/logging in and user databases.
    

There is a lot to do.

2. I may be able to help...

However, the server also hosts a forum with over 8000 users, producing almost 500 post a day.

I would have to control the server and the website, but you can tell me what to do and I will do it.
But you can still have complete control of the game - I just control the site server because if it wer to crash then at least 5000 people would loose their forums - I would have to phone up some place in london and get them to go through about 1000-2000 servers so they can reboot mine.


Croc - all you need to do is get the game built, and on a different server, then I can link them together

If you want I can write the website code, crown can give me the graphics, and you can say whether you like what i'm doing or not.
