Hey guys, As Mr Reptile said in his post, we are going to have emails like
fanmail@crocodileswamp.com
and support@crocodileswamp.com

Well i was wondering if i could be like "Tech Support"
Cause i am good at understanding flash, and im good at understanding computers,
All the problems iv had on my computer were fixed by me and i really want to help our players out.
I am also very active and i can check the support@crocodileswamp.com every 30min and reply right away.

Good idea, but a few problems - Croc is technical, i am very technical (as i run the website) and there will be more staff who are technical.

Although it is a good idea, we already ahve a few technical people, and the support address will be run by all the staff. i am UK so i will be checking it during uk Day (US night), and croc and other US staff can check in US day (UK night) - this means that we will have staff checking the support account for almost 24 hours (meaning you will get a reply within a day or 2).

We will probably put a notice somewhere saying that says "We will try and get back to you within 3 working days" - this means that we wont have to be checking it all the time, but we ahve about 10 members of staff, in different time zones, so we will ahrdly ever miss an email.


Please don't be offended, but i'm just saying that we will probably manage.

Also: if someone gives a technical question: "Is the server down?" or "Is my IP blocked?" - I am the only person who can answer/fix this because i am the one with server access.

All you need to say is... 'Good idea!' or 'We're glad that you're enjoying Crocodile Swamp' or 'I'll tell the staff about it, copy and paste the e-mil to your notepad, and tell the staff about the ideas.
Easy huh?
Anyway, I still think that you can manage atleast some of the tech support.

with CP ideas go through support. Fan mail is for art and stuff. (i think)
