When is the theme going to be added?

AHHH!!! when are you guys ganna add the new theme and smilies, croc said monday or tuesday and its already sunday!

The header's going to be like that. And I might be making a Super Crocodile comic. I don't like the name because it's: Croc-man it's like a man but looks like a Croc or vice-versa!
