I think its GIMP 2. Its totally free, but kinda tricky if you dont know how to use it.
Its perfect for making signatures, although tricky if you dont know how to.

For free i would have to say Gimp but it quite a bit more difficult to use but it can do a lot of cool things that photoshop can just not all of them

Although you can do best with photoshop, it's really difficuilt to use! I managed to get Power Point 2007 for free, if I'll fidn the website again, I'll tell you how.

are you nuts? adobe after effects if over £1000/$1000 Photoshop is also in the range of price.

Why not "Crocodile Swamp Classic" then when u upgrade graphics its "crocodile Swamp" then "Crocodile Swamp 2" also, have u seen runescape, they have really AMAZING graphics now!

No. it will start as Crocodile Swamp, and stay that way. the only thing that will change is the file name.

If you think about it, people would search all over the internet to find Crocodile Swamp Classic if you used the idea and changed.
