Rules Changes

I want to discuss this with the staff and some members.

1. Advertising
Many have their own website and advertised on General Chat. Maybe we should change the rule that anyone that have a website can advertise BUT he/she must have more than 100 posts. Members with more than 100 posts are those who are really interested (at least most of them) about Crocodile Swamp. We (of course) won't allow scams. That obviously means spammers are still not allowed to advertise!

2. Double Posting
Many of us mistaken and double posted... including me! Although, we never gave an infraction because of this, we should edit the Rules post and say that it's the admins' and the mods' responsibility to fix the double post (put the two posts in 1 post by editing and deleting) and that nobody will get an infraction for this until you'll start doing this on purpose.
